Beer below 3% abv

I am really struggling to understand the brewing industry as there is a huge untapped market for drinkers who like drinking beer but want a lower level of alcohol. The current offering is either 4% and above or zero beer.

There are a few examples in the UK such as

Gyle 59 - Take It Easy alc. 2.5% vol

The Kernell - Table Beer alc. 3.0% vol

Northern Monk - Striding Edge alc. 2.8% vol

As you can see beers between 2 and 3% are very limited but should not be ignored, so please can we have some other brewers offering beers at this level.
